The National Monuments Service's description

In a strip of rough pasture, bordered by a small N-flowing stream at W and by a N−S drain/canalised stream at E. Listed as a fulacht fia in the SMR (1991) and RMP (1997) based on local information. No evidence of a fulacht fia was visible at ground level at this location during an inspection in 1996.
