The National Monuments Service's description

In a valley, located to S of a NW-flowing stream. This record was listed in the 1991 SMR (1991) and RMP (1997) as a fulacht fia on the basis of information from a local source. Inspected in 1997, no visible remains of a fulacht fia were found; the location had been greatly disturbed by works associated with an extensive commercial quarry. If a fulacht fia existed here, it is likely that it has been destroyed.
