The National Monuments Service's description
In a rath (MA062-081001-). A souterrain is indicated on the 1837 OS 6-inch map as a small circular feature, marked ‘Cave’, in the centre of the rath. It is indicated as ‘Cave (Site of)’ on the 1919 edition. Ground level in the centre of the rath interior appears higher than elsewhere in the interior, but there is no visible trace of a souterrain.
