The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, on the SE-facing slope of a rise in undulating terrain. This enclosure is not indicated on the 1838 OS 6-inch map; it is shown on 1922 edition as a sub-circular or polygonal walled enclosure (diam. c. 30m), with an arc of hachuring immediately outside the wall on the E side. The enclosure was levelled during land reclamation; no visible surface trace. A standing stone (MA040-014) is located 140m to N.
