In the NW quadrant of a graveyard (MA039-053002).
When inspected in 1996 this church was recorded as follows: 'Greatly ruined rectangular, medieval parish church (15-18m E–W; c. 8.6m N–S), with walls built of roughly coursed, large irregular blocks of stone, with smaller stones infilling the interstices. Only central section of the S wall (L 13.2m; H 3m; T c. 1m) remains relatively intact, with a doorway roughly midway along its length. The doorway (Wth 1.5m) retains the springing of an arch in each jamb at a height of 1.6m above current ground level, above which there is a ragged gap in the wall. The external face of the S wall is crumbling, the E end of the wall has collapsed, and a later vaulted burial chamber (c. 4.6m N–S; 4m E–W; H 1m), now grass-covered, is built against the external face towards the W end of the wall. A portion (L 3.8m; H 3.7m; T 0.95m) of the E gable, at its N end, is standing, but the inner wall face is in poor condition; the remainder of the wall is reduced to wall footings. The N wall is also reduced to low grass-covered remnants (max. H 1m), with a rectangular grave plot dating to the modern era overlying its W end. The W wall does not survive, and may lie under the line of the W wall of the graveyard.'
Since then, the church has been the subjected to an unauthorized reconstruction. The walls have been rebuilt and repointed, including the upper sections of the gables. The doorway in the S wall has been rebuilt with a pointed arch, and a similar doorway has been inserted into the S end of the E gable. Two pointed arched windows have been built into the N wall.
A Penal-era stone cross (MA039-053003-) is on display within the church.
