The National Monuments Service's description

In gently undulating pasture, located on a natural rise/low hillock. There are good views of the surrounding countryside, with the Ox Mountains stretching to SE, and the summit of Nephin Mountain visible to SSW. An embankment for a defunct branch-line of the Great Western Railway lies immediately to SW, truncating the base of the rise.
This possible embanked barrow is not indicated on the 1838 OS-6-inch map, but is shown on the 1929 edition. Slightly raised circular area (diam. 11m) defined by a low, sod-covered earthen bank (Wth 1.4m; int. H 0.4m; ext. H 0.2m at SE). The bank appears to incorporate some stone. It is low and degraded, and at W–N is reduced to a scarp.
