The National Monuments Service's description
At a holy well (MA008-004001-). According to the 1838 OS Letters, a recess in the interior of the holy well structure held a small rectangular slab (L 0.15m; Wth 0.1m; T0.02m), on one side of which were indentations or incised lines that may have been fragments of an inscription (O’Flanagan 1927, 101 (194). The current whereabouts of the stone are unknown.
