The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, on a W facing slope of a natural ridge, within the former demesne of Massy Lodge, located 470m to NE. Not marked on the historic OSi maps. Identified as a possible earthwork on Bórd Gáis Éireann Curraleigh West-Limerick gas pipeline aerial photographs (BGE 1/5000; 2620) taken 03/11/1984. No surface remains visible on Digital Globe orthoimage taken between 2011-13. Faint outline of small circular-shaped cropmark visible on Google Earth orthoimage taken 18/11/2018.
