The National Monuments Service's description

In pasture 400m W of the Ahnaguarra Stream. Enclosure (LI057-028----) lies 210m to N. Depicted on the 1840 ed. OSi 6-inch map as a semi-circular-shaped area enclosed by a field boundary. It is shown on the 1897 ed. OSi 25-inch map as an oval-shaped area (dims. c. 35m N-S; 25m E-W) enclosed by a bank with trace of an outer fosse from SW-W, truncated at NW and SE by a roadway running NW-SE. Outline of monument delimited by trees is visible on either side of a local roadway on Digital Globe orthoimage taken between 2011-13 and on Google Earth orthoimages.
