The National Monuments Service's description

In pasture 530m W of the Ahnaguarra Stream. Enclosure (LI057-029----) lies 210m to S. Depicted on the 1840 ed. OSi 6-inch map as a circular enclosure. It is shown on the 1897 ed. OSi 25-inch map as a roughly circular-shaped area (diam. c. 25m) enclosed by a bank from NW-E-SW, incorporated into a field boundary elsewhere. A well is depicted 30m to N. Outline of monument delimited by trees is visible on Digital Globe orthoimage taken between 2011-13 and on Google Earth orthoimages.
