In wet pasture immediately E of a watercourse that marks the townland boundary with Ballintober. Enclosure (LI049-169----) lies 175m to NW. Not depicted on the 1840 ed. OSi 6-inch map. Shown on the 1897 ed. OSi 25-inch map as a raised circular-shaped platform (diam. c. 18m) defined by a scarp. Visible as an overgrown area immediately E of a conifer plantation on Digital Globe orthoimage taken between 2011-13 and on Google Earth orthoimages.
