The National Monuments Service's description

In reclaimed pasture 140m E of the River Aherlow that marks the townland boundary with Ballyfauskeen. Depicted on the 1840 ed. OSi 6-inch map as a roughly circular earthwork (diam. c. 25m). Not shown on the 1897 ed. OSi 25-inch map, indicating that the monument was levelled between these map date. No surface remains visible on Digital Globe orthoimage taken between 2011-13 or on Google Earth orthoimages.
