The National Monuments Service's description
In level ground. Circular area (diam. c. 40m) defined by scarped edge (H 0.9m; Wth 1.2m) with an external fosse (D 0.9m; Wth 3.8m). Enclosure is divided in two by a public road (Wth c. 10m) which runs SW-NE through site to SE of centre. Part of site on SE side of road is completely covered by overgrowth; other section in pasture.
