The National Monuments Service's description
In reclaimed pasture, 55m S of the townland boundary with Ballynamona. Possible barrows (LI040-241/237----) lie 30m to NE and 40m to NW, respectively. Not depicted on OSi historic maps. Identified as a possible barrow from Bruff aerial photographic survey in 1986 (Bruff 102.01, AP 5/2115). No surface remains visible on Digital Globe orthoimage taken between 2011-13. Possible trace of monument visible as a circular cropmark (diam. c. 3.5m) on Google Earth orthoimage dated 29/03/2012.
