The National Monuments Service's description
In reclaimed pasture, 25m SE of townland boundary with Goat Island and 740m SE of Greenpark House. A large enclosure (LI040-212005-) and four possible barrows (LI040-212001/004-) lie 130m to the NE. Not marked on OSi historic maps. Identified as a possible earthwork by the Bruff aerial photographic survey in 1986 (Bruff 73; AP 5/2109). Monument visible as an oval-shaped cropmark (dims. c. 34m N-S; 25m E-W) on Digital Globe orthoimage taken between 2011-13 and on Google Earth orthoimage dated 04/04/2013. A relic field boundary depicted on the 1840 ed. OSi 6-inch map is also visible to the S of the earthwork on Google Earth orthoimages.
