The National Monuments Service's description
In reclaimed pasture, 200m E of townland boundary with Kilfrush, cropmark of a possible earthwork (LI040-202----) lies 110m to the SW. Possible earthwork identified by the Bruff aerial photographic survey in 1986 (Bruff 70; AP 5/2077) as a rectangular cropmark intersected at S by a field boundary running roughly E-W. No surface remains visible on Digital Globe orthoimage taken between 2011-13 and on Google Earth orthoimage.
See attached Bruff survey image showing cropmark and Google Earth orthoimages.
