The National Monuments Service's description
In reclaimed pasture, immediately W of a watercourse that forms the townland boundary with Milltown. Milltown House lies 240m to the NE. Not marked on OSi historic maps. Identified by Bruff aerial photographic survey in 1986 (Bruff 46; AP 5/2069) as a possible enclosure. Possible earthwork visible as a scrub covered circular shaped area transected at N by a track running roughly NE-SW on Digital Globe orthoimage taken between 2011-13. On Google Earth orthoimage taken 25/03/2017 the ground has been excavated where the possible earthwork was located. No surface remains visible on Google Earth orthoimage taken 28/06/2018.
