The National Monuments Service's description
In wet pasture, 130m E of watercourse that forms townland boundary with Ballynahinch. A possible barrow (LI040-132----) lies 110m to the SW. Not marked on OSi historic maps. Identified as a rectangular feature on aerial photographs (BGE 1/5000 2571, Strip map 4, Site 4/33) taken 03/11/1984 on the Bórd Gáis Éireann Curraleigh West-Limerick gas pipeline. Faint trace of earthwork visible as a sub-rectangular cropmark (dims. c. 10m N-S; 20m E-W) on OSi orthophotograph taken between 2005-12. No surface remains visible on Google Earth orthoimages.
