The National Monuments Service's description
In reclaimed pasture, one of a group of three barrows (LI040-061007-/009-) described by O'Kelly (1944, 52) as; 'three ring-barrows. All are exactly similar in diameter. They are circular flat spaces surrounded by continuous fosses and banks. The latter are slight but the fosses are well defined. The diameters are 15' [4.5m], 18' [5.5m] and 24' [7.3m] respectively'. Not marked on OSi historic maps. Faint outline of barrow visible on OSi orthophoto taken between 2005-12. Circular-shaped cropmark visible on Google Earth orthoimage taken 28/06/2018.
