The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture immediately S of the townland boundary with Dromin North. Possible enclosure (LI039-083----) lies 45m to W. Not depicted on 1840 ed. OSi 6-inch map. Shown as an antiquity on the 1897 ed. OSi 25-inch map where it is depicted as a circular-shaped area (diam. 3c. 6m) enclosed by bank, except at E where levelled by boundary of woodland plantation. On both maps it is depicted within a woodland plantation. The 1840 edition shows a pathway leading from a designed landscape immediately S of Dromin R.C. Chapel. Outline of well preserved monument visible on OSi orthophotos 2005-22 where enclosed by grass-covered field walls. Fairly well preserved monument visible on Google Earth orthoimage dated 14/09/2019 with possible entrance at S, intersected at W by field wall which connects to possible enclosure (LI039-083----).
