The National Monuments Service's description

In wet pasture 60m S of the townland boundary with Dromin North. Ringfort (LI039-082----) lies 30m to SW. Depicted on the 1897 ed. OSi 25-inch map as a roughly oval-shaped area (dims. c. 40m NW-SE; 42m NE-SW) enclosed by a bank from E-S-W reduced to a scarp elsewhere with partial remains of an external fosse at NE only. Outline of poorly preserved monument visible on Google Earth orthoimage dated 16/03/2016.
