The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, 300m NW of a moated site (LI038-171----). Depicted on the 1840 ed. Si 6-inch map as a circular-shaped area enclosed by a bank, intersected at S by a post-1700 field boundary running NW-SE. Shown on the 1897 ed. OSi 25-inch map as sub-circular shaped area (diam. c. 30m) enclosed by a bank from N-SE and SSE-S-W-NW, incorporated into a field boundary from SE-S. Cropmark of levelled monument visible on OSi orthophotograph taken between 2005-12 and on Google Earth orthoimage dated 29/03/2012.
