The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, on gentle SE-facing slope. Roughly circular area (29.25m N-S; 26.5m E-W) enclosed by earthen bank (int. H 1.2m; ext. H 1.9m), with external fosse (D 1.5m; Wth 1m) NW->SE. Field boundary skirts enclosure S->W. Causeway entrance at SSE (Wth 2.6m). Interior, partially covered by overgrowth, slopes down to S.
