The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture. Circular area (15.8m N-S; 18.2m E-W) enclosed by earthen bank (int. H 0.9m; ext. H 2m), with external fosse (D 0.2m; Wth 1.25m) at E and NW. Bank worn down by cattle accessing interior at ESE. Interior, which slopes down to SE, was recently planted with deciduous trees.
