The National Monuments Service's description

In pasture, on N-facing slope. Circular area (diam. c. 30m) enclosed by earthen bank (int. H 1m; ext. H 0.85m) with an external fosse (D 0.65m; Wth 3.6m). Gap (Wth 2.4m) in bank at SSE. Level interior, under pasture; it has been levelled up on N side to compensate for slope of ground.
