The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, on top of rise is generally level terrain. A circular, flat topped mound (H 2m; diam. c. 6m at crest, c. 12m at base) with a concentric fosse (D 0.45m; Wth 1.4m) at its base. There is a ledge halfway up the N side of the mound from which a ramp leads up to the summit. The mound is covered by scrub overgrowth.
