The National Monuments Service's description
In level pasture. Roughly D-shaped area defined by arc of earthen bank (C 42m; H c. 0.35m; Wth 5.5m) NNW-SE, and defined by stream along S edge (L 62m) and by field boundary and stream along W edge (L 58m). Faint trace of external fosse at NW and E (Wth 12m; D 0.45m). Interior slopes down gently towards stream to S.
