The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, on slight E-facing slope. Circular area (33.5m N-S; 34.1m E-W) enclosed by an earthen bank (int. H 0.4m; ext. H 1.8m) with an external fosse (D 0.9m; Wth 2m). Trees grow along top of bank. Entrance (Wth 3.45m) at N has been recently widened and a causeway constructed across fosse; immediately outside entrance is gravelled yard. Interior level, dry and clear of overgrowth.
