The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, on slight W-facing slope. Circular area (27.9m N-S; 28.4m E-W) enclosed by earthen bank (int. H 0.85m; ext. H 1.6m), with an external fosse (D 0.45m; Wth 2.65m) NNW->NNE and ENE->SSE. Gaps in bank at WNW (Wth 3.2m), E (Wth 1.2m) and SSW (Wth 5m). Interior slopes down to W, is dry and clear of overgrowth.
