In pasture, on S-facing slope overlooking valley of River Galey. Monument, depicted as embanked circular enclosure (diam. c. 60m) on 1923 OS 6-inch map, has been levelled. According to local information enclosing element was a single earth-and-stone bank with an external fosse. Line of enclosing element now discernible NW->NE as low rise (H c. 0.3m; Wth 6.8m) and elsewhere as slight scarp (H c. 0.2m; Wth 5m) enclosing roughly circular area (58m E-W; 50m N-S). Interior surface is noticeably uneven and slopes down gently to S. According to local information enclosure contained a souterrain, but no trace of such a feature is now evident.
