The National Monuments Service's description
On W side of trackway which also gives access to holy well (LI034-005---) c. 70m to N. Rectangular graveyard (66m E-W; 50m N-S) enclosed by stone wall which has been repaired with concrete. Entrance at NE corner through recent gateway. North-of-centre is ruin of late-medieval church of Temple Athea (LI034-004001-). Burials throughout yard and inside church; many inscribed headstones, the earliest noted inside church dated 1796. North of church is 19th century burial vault; another burial vault in separate plot immediately outside E wall of graveyard.
