The National Monuments Service's description
In improved pasture 300m S of townland boundary with Farranafina and 55m W of the townland boundary with Prospect. Within field system (LI033-098----). Not depicted on historic OSi maps. Identified by Bruff aerial photographic survey in 1986 (Bruff 84; AP 4/3624) as an enclosure. Visible as a circular-shaped area (diam. c. 37m) enclosed by a fosse and possible bank on OSi orthophoto taken between 2005-12. Google Earth orthoimage dated 18/11/2018 shows the monument truncated at N by a drainage ditch running E-W and intersected at N by a drainage ditch running NE-SW. Levelled monument visible as a cropmark on Google Earth orthoimage taken 28/06/2018
