In reclaimed pasture, 165m NW of townland boundary with Camas North. Not depicted on historic OSi maps. Identified as a possible moated site during work on the Bórd Gáis Éireann Curraghleigh West-Limerick gas pipeline (Strip map 6, site 6/3). Faint trace of rectangular shaped cropmark visible on OSi orthophoto taken between 2005-12. No surface remains visible on Google Earth orthoimage date 20/09/2020.
