The National Monuments Service's description

Described in 1942-3 as following; 'This is a similar structure to the last [LI031-041006-). The maximum height of the boulder is 2' 4" [0.7m] and it measures 4' 6" [1.4m] by 4' [1.2m] on plan. Both are situated in good low-land and form part of the great complex of monuments in this area, the chief feature of which is the mediaeval village' (O'Kelly 1942-3, 232).
