The National Monuments Service's description
In rough grazing, atop low crag in area of limestone outcropping. Circular area (40m E-W; 39m N-S) enclosed by earth-and-stone bank (int. H 0.75m; ext. H 0.4m) which is best preserved NW->ESE. Interior is bisected by low earth-and-stone bank on ESE-WNW axis, which fades out in places and stops 2m short of bank at ESE. Several areas of limestone outcrop in interior which is otherwise under pasture.
