The National Monuments Service's description

In undulating upland pasture, on top of a hill with good views from NE-E-S-SW, 28m W of a townland boundary with Pallashill. Situated within field system (LI024-044001-); Enclosure (LI024-280----) lies 25m to SW and hut site (LI024-044003-) lies 52m to SW. Not depicted on OSi historic maps. Monument identified by the Archaeological Survey of Ireland as a circular-shaped cropmark on oblique aerial photos (ASIAP, 309, 28, 30) taken 13/09/2002. Monument is visible as a small, circular-shaped cropmark (diam. 8m) on OSi orthophoto taken 2005-2012, on Digital Globe orthoimage taken 2011-2013 and on Google Earth orthoimage taken 18/11/2018.
