The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture at base of hollow, 100m S of public road. Enclosure (LI024-312----) located 110m to NW, enclosure (LI024-167----) 130m to W. Not depicted on the OS maps. Identified by Bruff aerial photographic survey in 1986 (Bruff 114; AP 4/3676) as a circular shaped cropmark with traces of a possible outer ditch from S through to W. OSi orthoimage taken 2005-12 shows a circular-shaped area (int. diam. 20m; ext. diam. 48m) enclosed by a ditch (Wth approx. 5m) with a bank (Wth approx. 8m) and an outer ditch. Visible on Google Earth orthoimage dated 18/11/2018 as a circular -shaped area enclosed by two ditches with an intervening bank.
