The National Monuments Service's description
In reclaimed pasture, on the flood plain of the Dead River and the Mulkear River 310m and 350m to N, respectively. Monument identified as a circular-shaped cropmark by the Bruff aerial photographic survey in 1986 (Bruff 138: AP 4/3722). Monument is visible as a circular-shaped earthwork (approx. diam. 9m) on Digital Globe orthophotos taken 2011-13 and on Google Earth orthoimages taken 28/06/2018.
