The National Monuments Service's description

Situated on reclaimed pasture, 10m S of the Mulkear River which forms townland boundary with Killuragh. Monument identified as a roughly circular-shaped ring-barrow by the Bruff aerial photographic survey in 1986 (Bruff 146: AP 4/3730). Monument is visible as a circular-shaped cropmark (diam. 10m) on Digital Globe orthophotos taken 2011-13. It is not visible on Google Earth orthophoto taken 28/06/2018.
