The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, on a NW-facing slope with extensive view NW-NE. Rectangular area (14m NNE-SSE; c. 9.5m WNW-ESE) defined by linear counterscarp (Wth 1.5m; H 0.45m) to E and a scarped edge (Wth 0.7m; H 0.6m) aligned (L 12m). Along W side are some low upright stone that may be uninscriber burial markers. Dry stone wall field boundary defines N-side and area open to S. Entire area of monument is heavily poached by cattle. Site of church (LI024-010001-) here and holy well (LI024-010003-) c. 50m to W.
