The National Monuments Service's description

In generally level pasture at edge of N-facing slope overlooking flood plain of stream. Roughly circular, flat-topped mound (top: 10.4m N-S; 9.5m E-W; overall diam. 27m) defined by steep scarped edge (Wth 10.5m; H 4.9m) which is heavily poached by cattle around base. Erosion has formed a vertical face mid-scarp in places, creating a ledge/stepped scarp (Wth 2m; H 0.45m) above base of scarp (Wth 2m; H 0.75m).
