The National Monuments Service's description
In damp, level pasture with restricted view. Oval area (19m N-S; 22m E-W) defined by scarped edge (Wth 3.5m; H 1.15m) with external fosse (Wth 8.75m; D 0.45m). Fosse is waterlogged SE-N and base of scarp base eroded by cattle S-W.
