The National Monuments Service's description
In low-lying level pasture with poor views in all directions, 180m SE of stream that marks townland boundary with Kilcurly and 142m SE of townland boundary with Parkaree. Surveyed by the ASI in 2000, and described as a circular-shaped area (20m N-S; 19.5m E-W) defined by a scarp and fosse (base Wth 2.2m; Overall Wth 7m; D 0.3m), the interior is level and clear of overgrowth. Upstanding monument visible on the Google Earth orthoimage taken in 2000.
