The National Monuments Service's description
In gently undulating pasture with moderate views in all directions. Enclosure (LI022-084----) located 90m to NE. Depicted on the 1897 OS 25-inch map as a sub-circular shaped enclosure (32m N-S; 35m E-S). Visited by the ASI in 2000 and described as a raised circular shaped area (diam. 30m) defined by a bank (int. H 0.4m; 4.5m; ext. H 1.65m) with external fosse (Wth 1.9m; ext. D 0.3m). Stone facing on bank from NW to NE. The interior is densely overgrown and inaccessible as shown on Google Earth orthoimage taken 28/06/2018.
