The National Monuments Service's description
In level pasture with moderate views in all directions. Ringfort (LI022-078----) located 30m to N. Depicted on the 1897 OS 25-inch map as a raised sub-circular shaped area (approx. diam. 28m) defined by a scarp. Surveyed by the ASI in 2000 and described as a raised sub-circular shaped area (10m N-S; 8m E-W) defined by a scarped edge (Wth 7.5m; H 0.4m) from E to S. A modern field wall running N-S cuts the site in half with the levelled W half of site occupied by the garden of a modern house. A field boundary intersected the monument at E and W. The disturbed overgrown remains resemble a flat topped mound. A modern house plot and garden stands on site of levelled monument now visible on Google Earth orthoimage taken 28/06/2018.
See attached sketch plan surveyed and drawn by ASI and Google earth orthoimage 28/06/2018
