The National Monuments Service's description
In level pasture with moderate views in all directions. Fulacht Fia (LI022-251----) located 70m to S. Enclosure identified on Bord Gais 1:5,000 aerial photo taken 03/11/1984 (OSi 3227). Surveyed by ASI in 2000 and described as a roughly circular shaped raised area (diam. 25m) defined by a scarp (Wth 2.3m; H 0.7m) visible from NW through E to SW and a field drain from SW to NW. Undulating interior slopes gently to S. Outline of the monument is visible on Google Earth orthoimage taken 01/10/2015.
