The National Monuments Service's description
Atop low hillock, in area of outcropping limestone. Circular area (diam. c. 50m) enclosed by earth-and-stone bank (int. H 0.45m; ext. H 1.8m). Bank, heavily eroded by cattle, has been worn to scarped edge NNE->E and S->SW. Break in bank (Wth 6.3m) at SW. Interior rises up towards centre with exposed limestone prominent; irregular depression on E side probably associated with quarrying. Bank abutted by field boundary at N. Enclosing element and interior partially obscured by scrub overgrowth.
