The National Monuments Service's description

Situated on a NE-facing slope in rolling pasture. The monument depicted on the 1924 OS 6-inch map as a sub-circular enclosure (c. 20m E-W; c. 20m N-S) has been levelled. It is now evident as a sub-circular area (30m N-S; 27m E-W) defined by a levelled bank (int. H 0.1m; Wth 3m; ext. bank 0.4m) from E to NNW and elsewhere by a scarped edge (Wth c. 4m; H c. 0.4m). A slight linear rise, which might represent a ploughed-out field boundary, runs N-S c. 5m to W of the monument.
