The National Monuments Service's description
Situated in gently rolling pasture. The monument consiste of a circular area (diam. 30m NW-SE; 29.5m E-W) enclosed by an earthen bank and outer fosse. The bank (int. H 0.2m; Wth 1.85m; et. H 0.5m) is evident all round as is the external fosse (D 0.2m; Wth 2.46m). The causeway entrance (Wth 4.5m) is at NE.
