The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, on gentle S-facing slope, in area of outcropping limestone. Circular area (30m N-S; 29.2m E-W) enclosed by earth-and-stone bank (int. H 1.3m; ext. H 0.32m), best preserved NW->NE. Bank truncated by dry-stone field wall NE->E. Gap in bank (Wth 4.9m) at W. Earth-and-stone bank (H 0.5m) abuts enclosing bank at WSW, then curves gently to the WNW for c. 11.8m before fading out. Uneven interior due to rock outcrops.
